ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can a gift receipt/message be included?

Of course!

Please send us an email at @colmanandlucia@gmail.com, and we will gladly include it in the order.

How do I use a coupon code?

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. Each coupon can be used once per customer.

If a coupon code shows that it is expired, it means you have used it on a past order and our system can not apply it again.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all U.S. & PR orders above $100.

When will my order ship?

Please allow for up to 24 hours for us to process your order.

If your order is part of our sale on sale or discounts of 40% off or higher, please allow us up to 1 week for your order to be processed.

When do I know when my order has shipped

Shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order ships.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes we do!

We offer same-day delivery through the UVA APP. You can download the app here "https://www.pideuva.com/" and search for our shop in the "store" section.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping rates will vary based on weight and location.

Wha is your return/exchange policy?
